<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In their line of duty, firefighters and rescuers are exposed to a combination of adverse factors, which necessitates monitoring their health. This review covers the most common variants of urticaria associated with high-risk occupations, such as cholinergic urticaria, food-induced anaphylaxis and exercise-induced urticaria, cold and stress-induced urticaria. The analysis includes the relevant research results published up to 2020; the discussion outlines the possible pathogenesis mechanisms of chronic urticaria.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>крапивница</kwd><kwd>стресс</kwd><kwd>субстанция P</kwd><kwd>профессии высокого риска</kwd><kwd>спасатели</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>urticaria</kwd><kwd>stress</kwd><kwd>substance P</kwd><kwd>high-risk occupations</kwd><kwd>rescuers</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Алексанин С.
